Surveying the first mainnet blocks…

Priority-fee survey · Solana mainnet

The Solana priority-fee market, surveyed live as a landscape.

Each ridge is one sampled block. Left to right: every fee percentile its transactions paid. Height: the compute-unit price (micro-lamports per CU), on a log scale.

Sampled blocks

One full mainnet block every few seconds. Vote transactions excluded from fee stats.

    How to read the terrain

    • Plains on the left are transactions that set no priority fee at all — the block still had room for them.
    • The cliff marks where paying begins. When it slides left, more of the block is bidding.
    • Peaks on the right are the top percentiles: bots and urgent swaps bidding for the front of the queue.
    • Contours step every ×10. Cyan guides trace p50, p75 and p90 back through time.
    • Solana fee markets are local: a hot pool can be expensive while the rest of the chain is free. Use the estimator for the accounts you touch.

    Burn ledger

Fee watch is unlocked by burning the coin from the user's own wallet — tokens are destroyed on-chain, nothing is paid to us. Every line links to its transaction.

What a burn is — and is not

      • It destroys tokens. The burn is an SPL token instruction signed by your wallet. The tokens leave circulation permanently; no one receives them — not us, not a treasury.
      • It is not an investment. Burning does not give you any return, revenue share or financial right. We make no claim about price.
      • It unlocks a tool. Fee watch for the stated number of days, checked on the server against the on-chain transaction.
      • The free terrain stays free. Everything above the ledger works without a wallet.
